Animals understand her, and she understands them. She treats them with care and in return, they give her unconditional love. I cannot begin to explain the bond between my daughter and the animals she meets, but it's something special, something you're born with, you can't teach someone how to read and connect with animals like her.

My mum is quite nice sometimes.
